Double your run for $230 more.
Most of the price of a run is setup, and setup costs the same whether we print 500 pouches or 1,000. Once your run is set up, extra pouches add very little.
- Setup happens once per run, no matter how many pouches you order.
- Each extra pouch adds only a small amount on top.

The proof step
Nothing prints until you approve it.
Once your quote is confirmed, we check your file and email you a proof: your artwork on the dieline for your pouch, with the cut line, zipper and safe area marked. Look it over, then approve it or ask for changes. Your pouches go to press only after you approve.

How do I order?
Price your pouches or labels on our price page and send the quote request. We confirm your price and timing by email within [1 business day] and send an invoice. Once it's paid and you've approved your proof, your order goes to print.
What's the minimum order?
Printed pouches start at 500. Roll labels start at 250.
How long does it take?
Most orders print within [X–X] business days of your proof approval, then ship anywhere in Canada in [X–X] business days.
What artwork files do you need?
A print-ready PDF or Adobe Illustrator (AI) file built on the dieline template for your pouch size, in CMYK, with 1/8 in bleed and fonts converted to outlines. The artwork guide walks through it.
What does the proof look like?
A digital proof of your artwork placed on the dieline, with the cut line, bleed, zipper and safe area marked. We email it to you to look over, and you reply to approve it or request changes.
Can I split a run across designs?
Not within one run. Each design prints as its own run, so every flavour or version needs at least 500 pouches (or 250 labels) and is priced on its own, setup included. Selling several flavours? Printing one shared pouch and adding a flavour label usually costs much less. See how it works. We can also design extra flavours on the same layout for $150 each.
Who makes sure my label meets the rules?
You do. You're responsible for the regulatory content on your pouch or label, such as ingredients, nutrition facts, net quantity, bilingual English and French text, and any claims. We check that your file will print well, not that it meets labelling rules.
